Group of men say they were attacked for being gay

9News is reporting that a man and his group of friends were attacked on Friday morning for being gay. The incident took place at the 7-Eleven on 3rd and Broadway. William Babcock said he tried to call 911 but was not able to connect before he was knocked out.
